GOSU takes its name from the Korean word for a true expert — someone who has put in the hours until the craft looks effortless. That's the bar we hold every brand to.

THE THESIS

We don't sell services. We build the companies that own a link in one chain — and make sure the chain holds.

GOSU is a holding company based in Monterrey, Nuevo León. Rather than one sprawling firm trying to do everything, we run a small portfolio of focused brands, each a specialist in its field.

What makes the portfolio more than a logo is the sequence. A property starts as raw terrain and ends as a running, efficient building. Maptix captures it, Visio makes sense of it, Geektronics connects it, and GOSU Nexus makes it efficient. Each is strong alone; the handoffs are where the value compounds.

We start with data — captured, georeferenced, verifiable. Opinions are cheap; a centimetre-accurate model is not. Everything downstream depends on getting the top of the chain right.

The handoff is the product

Anyone can sell a deliverable. The hard part — and the value — is that a Maptix survey drops cleanly into Visio, and Nexus sizes a system from the same data. We engineer the seams.
